Amen! When im feeling lonely or depressed seriously just saying hi or smiling at people i walk or run past or talking to the cashier at the grocery store makes all the difference in my mood and mental emotional spiritual and physical state-it changes your energy - to just put yourself out there in such a small way that feels so big inside and it took me years to recognize it and how much it helped--i think covid lockdown is was what made me recognize that small interaction has such a hihe impact on my energy --people smiling back or saying hi and being friendly --that small exchange of loving warmth and energy with people pets adults & or kids etc

Mohammed pbuh said the Muslim who meets and interacts with people and bears patience with them when they dont behave in a nice way is better than the Muslim who isolated himself from others ❤❤❤it’s sad that today there are elderly, teens and even children who are very very lonely and isolated, if you’re blessed with not being lonely always remember those who are and do your best to reach out to them ❤❤❤

I want to a formal dance with my best friend about over a week ago, the first guy to ask me to dance didn't really talk that much and it made me feel kind of insecure. The second guy however, he was talking to me the entire time asking me about my interests and things I like to do and how my day went, it made me feel a lot more confident and comfortable during the dance. This just proves that small talk can change how you feel and what you think about someone.

Back when I drove a taxi, I once picked up a college girl and drove her home a week before finals. It was a short drive, and I can't remember what we talked about but when I dropped her off, she said the ride was the best part of her day.
It was 11:15 PM. If I hadn't attempted to reach out to her on that short drive, her day would have been without it's highlight.

Every time i listen to your songs another time i discover so many more elements lyrics etc i love so much and resonate with me even more... and with each new song/recording im finding too 🥰❤️ could not love you more -I think youre becoming my new favorite artist in record time -within minutes-the first 3 recordings I just discovered ... really I felt it and knew within seconds but needed to verify bc I felt like thats a really string thing to feel and say - had to make sure im not just excited or exaggerating - really questioning myself/ my feelings after and then checking them again and again and getting them validated every moment im listening over and over 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

So true. Some people may give you side eye if you try to initiate a conversation, but if you can get past those people, you can actually find some really meaningful connections.
