Don't have to move any matches. Look at the equation upside down and it becomes true. Goes from I + XI = X and turns into X = IX + I. AKA 1 + 11 = 10 becomes 10 = 9 + 1

Need to move any matches, just turn it upside down, or if a match must be moved, take the match from the plus and move it next to the X, so it reads I - XI = - X (1-11=-10

There are technically 2 zero match solutions depending on what you allow. One being to move the person to the other side so it reads X = IX + I or to redefine it as the two Is in the first half are absolute value symbols so it is |+X|=X and the absolute value of +10 is 10
