I am convinced carnivore is these to go to better metabolic health. But I couldn’t eat that much in a single day. 😂. For me it’s one main meal and occasionally a 2nd smaller meal.

There’s a good article in the Epoch Times about the meats in these fast food restaurants, especially the chicken only 40% of the meat is chicken and the rest is fillers you might want to find out what those fillers are if you’re going to do carnivore.

I like that you tell us what you eat. But what do you drink? How much in a day? And during your fast after dinner do you do a complete fast from like 5pm-9am or do you drink anything during that time.
I am finding it tough to quit the diet cokes.
I have been 5 weeks meat 80-90% with a vegetable with dinner. Some days only 2 meals some 3 smaller meals out of habit of 3 meals a day. I am getting ready to go full carnivore.
Also what electrolytes, vitamins, or any other supplements are you taking on a daily? I really enjoy the videos.

Sheesh I can’t even eat that much in a carnivore day. 13 oz of beef paddies or steak with 4 eggs and I’m done for another 22 hrs!

Just watch out for parasites in the raw sushi meat.
