Plastic or wood I do a hard clean ending with bleach and rinse, hard drying, and wood some olive oil paper towel rub down. I question shoulder joint height. I want to be over my board to cut down, not up and over. To use your set up I would have to be taller to be comfortable in the shoulder area. 😮😮😮❤❤
