I actually think Kagurabachi has the makings of a top ten on Jump easy. I’ve seen a lot of great manga with a lot of potential get cancelled over the past few years but I don’t think Kagurabachi is falling into the same pitfalls a lot of early mangaka fall into when trying to keep their Jump debut serialized. The mangaka himself has also already been playing around with elements of Kagurabachi in past works which I think is always a good sign for a series’ longevity. I really hope it lives up to its potential because i really love the setting and the characters so far!! The art is awesome too. I haven’t really been following along with the memes on it but that first chapter really felt like a winner and I’ve been excited to read the new chapters every week since. Martial Master Asumi and Mamayuyu have really caught my attention too. It’s starting to feel like a golden era of jump again!

Honestly this isnt goign to end well. When something is overhyped to an inhumane degree wven it its great it still cant reach the expectations. I literally read it and went "How is this better than Naruto, Bleach or One Piece?"

So far its genuinely holding my interest and I'm enjoying it. The simple premise makes it easy to start without front loading a bunch of worldbuilding right away. Next few chapters will decide if I stay on
