I was a sugar addict my whole life. 2 years ago I went sugar free. Maybe a touch now and then on special occasions. I’m now 51, never felt better!! All my stomach issues disappeared. Clear skin, energy and even though I’m in perimenopause my symptoms are totally manageable. I eat as many natural foods as possible, try to stay away from processed foods and otherwise eat normally. What a difference!! Have to say sugar free is the way for me.

A couple of years ago I went 3 months without sugar. I had exactly one (like 50 gram) piece of chocolate each Saturday. That's all. Since then I haven't had nearly as much sugar addiction as I did before. I still have absolute zero tolerance for weekdays, and my "sugar crazes" are now in terms of maybe one handful of candies each Saturday and a small amount of snacks. We are all different, but my three months without any sugar definitely helped. Good luck to anyone who tries!

I removed around 80%-90% of all sugar from my diet for aroud 5 years and I regret EVER EVER not sticking with that diet. I had natural sugars, from fruits. I can't explain how amazing my body felt and how quickly I shed weight. I ate a lot of meats and greens. I was so much more active, I have a severe bone disease and it causes my bones, joints, tendens all burn atr times. This way of eating made a world of different

Sugar is meant to be consumed seasonally. Through food. It’s the industries that need to be pressured. They are responsible for all the sugar we eat. Love that they act like it’s up to us to play Waldo with food that doesn’t have poison. It’s like telling us to stop using plastic when it’s the corporations that put profit ahead of health. We don’t have control on how they make their products. Same reason Europeans aren’t allowed to buy American meat and dairy products. Consumers aren’t an afterthought over there

It's a lot more sustainable if you limit you sugar intake rather then leave it completely. No sugar at all frankly speaking, isn't something you can do in these morden days.
