Being able to do it on the floor is necessary at first, and it's mainly a question of flexibility
It's when you do it between two chairs, in the second phase, that a mobility aspect is added
This mobility lies in the fact that you have to contract your muscles to prevent a fall (tightening your legs despite the fact that they're spread apart)
