SOLUTION: Sanding back to bare and using a high quality penetrating oil like Woca Denmark instead!
We start with 40grit on THE BIG MACHINE and 36grit with THE EDGER. We then move on to hand scraping all the corners before finishing off the edges with the orbital sander using 50grit. We then apply 2 coats of exterior wood oil to bring the deck back to life and to protect it from the harsh natural elements.
