Hi Jenny,
Have you ever experienced constipation during your carnivore journey? I do a ribeye with a few boiled eggs (OMAD) and butter and still nothing happens after a few days..I'm not sure if I'm not eating enough? I don't feel hungry. Prior to this I've been doing keto and IF for at least 2 years. Even then with the salads (veggies) and dairy (mostly cheese, heavy cream and kefir) I wasn't going every day.
Love your recipes and videos. Keep it up.

I'm a disabled veteran and trying to find a good beginners Carnivore start. Between bad knees & broken back I need to get the weight off. I'm 5'10 and 287lbs.

I have added some veg in since my surgery because I hadnβt had a BM for 5 days prior to surgery and now at day 4 post op still nothing even with meds to help. I will be glad when I am recovered and can get back to my nearly full carnivore diet.
