That was my problem. I thought the hardships were common. Then after a few months after marriage i observed closely how her mother and she behaved. And 2yrs now i realize i trusted blindly. I believed the words, the future faking, the lovebombing! I should have trusted my gut feels and the red flags in their actions. I ended up giving the benefit of the doubt.

This is my mother. I feel like she is angry to me that she has problems in life. I struggle daily not to accept the responsibility. This causes resentment in me and I don't even know anymore if that is supply to her or not, both alternatives suck.

They lack compassion. They deflect. They blame.They want what they want, when and how they want it.
They expect the world to revolve around them. They expect to be the centre of your world, as well.
You are only a secondary satellite because their needs and wants will always take precedence.
You will never be a priority at any time.
They give you crumbs of love snd expect you to be grateful and genuflect because they have deigned to take notice of you (when they want something out of you.)
My experience taught me much...particularly no contact.
