I’m so curious about the carnivore diet. I’ve heard so many stories of it healing people’s bodies, including autoimmune diseases. How does the body acquire its required nutrients for optimal health if it’s just meat/fats that you’re consuming? Also, does this type of diet negatively affect the heart and/or arteries from all the fat intake?
