I eat a "Meat and egg bowl" for literally 90% of my meals...1 pound of ground beef and 3 scrambled eggs in a bowl with a little salt.....Costs me about $4 per bowl...Easy peasy.....Down 75 lbs in 10 months!!

I have just turned 29, Obese and am unable to play with my 2 year old. I’ve made the decision to get my life back on track and will be starting my carnivore diet tomorrow (going shopping for meat today)

I am 70 years old and after seeing my 36-year-old son lose over 100lbs on Carnivore, I am committing to this. Thanks so much for the information on this subject.

A crock pot can make literally any cut of meat from any source into mouth watering goodness... and then you have the broth to drink as well.

I have just started this carnivore diet about 10 days ago. I am watching everything I can. Your common sense and real approach is awesome. I gained 25-30 pounds over the last 3 years because of high stress and being a full time caregiver to my husband with Alzheimers, my 97 year old mom and step dad. They needed the standard 3 meals a day which just about did me in. They have all passed away this year. I have been a mess emotionally and physically, but now I am ready to get my act together. I look forward to more tips on how to do this. There are lots of things I am hearing that I just don't understand. Thanks for keeping it simple.

30years ago my eldest daughter wrote me from her graduation present trip in Paris…..mom!….nobody snacks here! And all their eyes sparkle because their cows are so healthy!!💝 This was all because the people of France were all beautiful….. she was staying with a family and barely spoke French, but all the people in that town were slim and had beautiful skin. It was just their diets. Very natural foods. What a great lesson ❤

"Eat the meat that you like." For some reason that was a HUGE lightbulb for me.

I’ve been having inflammation and digestive problems. I was told to eat a plant based diet. So I did for 4 months. I wanted meat every day. My bloating was worse. My stomach still hurt. And I was always hungry and my weight shot up. Plus I’m not supposed to be eating gluten which is soooo hard in itself but I found it even harder on plant based diet. So here I am. I’m starting today. I hope this works. 🤞🏻

I DO have gout and my doc rolled her eyes when I told her I was doing keto so I’d guess she would have a heart attack if I told her I was doing carnivore. I need a more progressive doc!

Since I am a senior and on a low budget, I buy my 80/20 hamburger frozen and already made in to nice size patties at Walmart and my local grocery even has them at a good price. So simple to just pull one or two out of the freezer and throw in the skillet. Saves money & time.

The biggest thing I took from this video is that snacking is an emotional thing. This is something I need to overcome. Even though my snacks are keto.

I started Keto almost 2 years ago. I’ve lost 20 inches on my waste. I was pre diabetic and felt horrible. Now I feel better than I felt on my late 20’s. i am going on 57 years old. No illnesses, no aches and pains. Now I am considering moving to carnivore. Thanks for posting this video.

What got me first on carnivore was listening to Dr. Ken Berry and his video, seven reasons not to eat wheat. It was an eye-opening thing and there was no way I was going to continue to do that to my body. My aches and pains went away within a couple days, and I've lost 20 lbs the last 3 months. His wife mentioned Laura Spath, I'm so glad she did because you have helped and encouraged me much! I'm a weirdo now when I'm around other people, but this life is the way I'm going to go no matter what. You can't put a price tag on health. 💪

I just put a deposit down on a 1/2 cow. When it's all said and done I will end up with around 300 +/- lbs. of grass fed beef for around $5.65 lb total cost including the butcher cost.

Did keto for 3 years, was great but my wife has suffered with chronic IBS and severe bloating for over 20 years and read many comments on how carnivore reduces inflammation and gut health issues. Now 4 months into carnivore her IBS has completely gone, no bloating, flare ups or stomach cramps or races to the toilet…just incredible. On top of that, I’ve always had fairly high blood pressure which improved on keto but carnivore was another level, I’m now 48 and my BP is better now than at anytime in my life at 119/81. After 4 years of studying health and nutrition and trying both keto and carnivore, both work well but carnivore in my opinion is without doubt the best human diet. To anyone out there suffering with chronic inflammation or autoimmune issues, give carnivore a try for at least 2 months 👍

This was so helpful. I recently found a mix of keto- carnivore and have been steadily moving to more carnivore. I was the classic diet re-starter. I jokingly called it Fifty First Diets. Every day I started afresh. Today marks 76 days of eating mostly animal based, walking at least 10,000 steps and exercising 45 minutes. I’m turning 58 next week and am down 15 pounds of fat, I fit into my pre- Covid clothes and no longer have achy joints. Thank you for your amazing inspiration! I love listening to you and Judy on my walks 😊
