Number one is for the best because one is Spider-Man butt pig version and like he looks better because while he's red and Spider-Man looks better with a cape and over here we got a Naruto character and I am obsessed with Naruto so I'm going to have to give that one a freaking 10 stars and the first one 5 out of 10 Stars

I think it depends on the character but capes can add a lot more to the character and it can also depend on the Cape and the way you use it
