Focus on what interests you, what gets you, what's important, insignificant things will run away from brain when you're asleep 😮

Here is my experience. When you want to learn something, don't think or set targets or expect an outcome.
Just get into it like a story or video game. This keeps you present and focused and soon in a state of flow. Connections that seem random yet your gut/instinct/intuition knows can "click" because the brain is designed to adapt for the future from the present focus.

True. I would also say that the way the brain remembers things is by connecting a memory or a description to another and so on and so forth. So if we learn by focusing on things piece by piece it is easier to lose that information because it is not connected to another piece of information in the memory bank.

Even when the brain is actively engaged in complex cognitive tasks, its overall energy consumption does not increase dramatically. While specific regions of the brain may see a slight increase in energy usage during intense mental activities, the total energy expenditure by the brain remains roughly around 20% of the body's caloric intake. This is because the brain is always functioning and maintaining a high level of activity, even in its resting state.

I usually put emotion into thing I really wanna learn, its easier to remember that way. Even if i have to lie to myself, all I need is to feel as if im madly in love with that subject. Though the more authentic I feel the better I remember.
