What a bunch of nonsense.
When you employ more people than can fit around a water cooler, you need to build culture differently.
Also, is the organisation there to a) build a culture or b) GET WORK DONE? Exactly: is the work done, properly, on time and within budget? Yes or no? If yes, they WHY would you care where and when it was done?
