I had pain in my foot for years and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis- after several years of trying to manage the pain, visiting multiple doctors, trying alternative therapies…, I discovered the solution by chance… turns out I used to sleep with one foot on top of the other, and the weight of the foot would reduce blood circulation in the other foot… but just forcing myself to sleep with my feet separated was the greatest relief I felt - pains not fully gone but it’s so much better now… I don’t even need to wear those acupressure insoles any more.
