I find that working deep with your right hand helps control the head. Won many ships with that little difference.

I think this is the only art where crossing your legs is necessary and its the hardest part for me, coming from a boxing/wrestling background. Tips for footwork would be appreciated if you dont have a video already! Ill have to double check your playlist.
