Having trouble with your straddle split? Just can't seem to increase your flexibility?
What can you do?
Often, trouble with a straddle split involves the muscles of the inner thigh known as the adductors. Here are 2 great adductor stretches that you MUST start performing.
1. Place a bench on your left side. Place the side of your left foot down on the bench. Your left adductor muscles should be pointing towards the floor. Bend your right knee and lower your body down until you feel a good stretch on your left adductors. Hold 30 seconds and repeat on your other leg.
2. Place your left foot on the bench. Use your left arm to push your left leg back towards the wall behind you. Keep your torso upright. Hold 30 seconds and then repeat on your other leg.
Give these MUST DO stretches to help your straddle split a try. After you do, let me know your thoughts. Leave me a comment in the comment section down below. I'd love to hear from you!
