Wow! I never knew that they used to sleep 11 hours average! Makes me feel better because I usually am in bed my 8:30 and feel best when I wake up around 7! But my son has been waking up at 5 this week 🙃

Wow, I needed this. I've been prioritizing productivity after my son goes to sleep for so long. Single parent. But the past several days he's been getting me to go to bed with him. I've been shocked at how much sleep I'm getting and feel like it's maybe not a good thing or something because I'm so not used to it. At the same time, I have known for quite a while that I need to start prioritizing my sleep much more. Perhaps this was the sign that I needed! Also, I have come across videos that point out that weight loss can really be helped by getting the proper amount of sleep. Anyone have any experience with that? I would much rather sleep more to lean down a bit more instead of even more dietary changes, etc. Lol

I hope I go to bed at 9:15 too! We are in kindergarten school days over here and trying to gently shift back from our wild summer nights.
