Explanation:
He uses a 3D software called blender to create the simulations and animations. When he is done he uses a mod or datapack that imports a frame of the animations as 3d models into minecraft. After a frame is imported into minecraft it will automatically take a screenshot and replace the 3d model with the next frames 3d model. When its done taking screenshots he will take all the screenshots into another software which combines all of the screenshots into a video for you to watch.
