Sprinting is an excellent addition to any workout routine. It increases growth hormone, preserving muscle mass while burning fat, and can be completed much more quickly than traditional jogging.

“Run tall” might be the only one I’d question as a cue. You want to be leaning forward so the GRF translates forward and staying tall often inhibits full use of the spine and looseness.

One cue that's helped me tons was that use your upper body extensively. It's easy to hyperfocus on your legs during sprints, but it was only once I started focusing on my shoulders and upper body rotation that my sprints skyrocketed. Your upper body does half of the work in sprints, and thrusting the shoulders with each step is crucial for counterbalancing your body and makes your sprints much more effective, energy-efficient, all while giving you a sweet shoulder pump too.

When I run as hard and as fast as I could I feel like I could go faster but the wind is pushing me back and it's kinda frustrating.

Running on all 4s makes more groundcontact per second and lets U run faster, when done right

Running tall after the drive phase is correct, but during the drive phase is incorrect. The drive phase last about a solid 30-40m from the blocks to the finish.
