I have issues with rounding my upper back too much in the catch and my knees also push out ( I think mostly from poor hip mobility). Any modifications or mobility work that would help?

Sometimes my back hurts badly for a few days after rowing. It makes me hesitant to row again after it heals. I've watched your and other tutorials on proper rowing form but it still happens. What am I doing wrong?!

Hi. Love your rowing workouts. Iā€™m a beginner here. I do not have a rowing machine if my own. I use the rowing machines at my gym. My question to you today is how come you donā€™t talk or explain about the levels on the side of the wheel and how to use them? Zone 2 , Zone 2 , Zone 2 Rowing_ Should i stay i-> row @ 2x my body-weight in terms of Wattage and row for as long as i can below ~133bpm ; OR should i row below ~133bpm for 1h, at whatever wattage, and try to improve the wattage, as i progress in the rowing sessions throughout the year ? Thanks for the opportunity, coach! Hope the fam and the dark horse team are doing well. Is steady state the best way for new rowers to practice and solidify their technique? Or are there ways to work technique but change up the training from workout to workout? Annnnd...Have you guys ever coached rowers who are heart patients (congenital or otherwise) and are there any major differences to their regimen?

Hey Dark Horse guys. Loving the workouts and I love the fact you do them with us too. I habe a question about ā€˜timingā€™ of setting the workouts up on the erg and then starting the workout as often when you start YOUR clock, it is not synchronized to the erg timer it is often 30seconds behind or ahead of yours!
