Here are some cool exercises that come in handy when you need a little simple decompression of the spine.👀💯

💥Sink Suspense: outwardly rotate your arms and hold your body up over a sink. Slowly descend, lengthening out the spine.
💥Bed Bungee: lie prone on your bed with the crease of your hips at the edge. Reach your arms out in front of you and hang down.
💥Sink Serenade: Stand 6-12 inches in front of your sink. Hold on to the sink and hinge at the hip, maintaining a neutral spine. Try tilting the pelvis anteriorly and posteriorly for added relief.

There are lots of tools right at your fingertips to find some relief. Want to get to know your body? Like reeeaaallllyyyy get to know how it works so you can enjoy your activities free from pain? Check out our membership!📲🔥

Yes I do these instinctively all the time! I do it at the bar, at restaurants, when I'm waiting at customer service counters, you can even do it with Costco shopping carts 😂 I don't care what people think of me or if they think anything at all, but spinal traction feels so good anytime anywhere you need i

Dead hang is the most intense or hanging upside down. Just be careful when hanging engage core at first. Sometimes decompressing spine too quickly can be painful, especially if you have back injuries.

The bed one I do the opposite way while allowing my body slide down until my head touches the floor. My hands are on my side holding me, and then I just turn myself around. It's kept me at my height and fells so good🥰

I don't understand. Maybe the view from the front would help.

Been doing the sink serenade before it was cool..

I use to call it, ‘crack your back before you rip the sink off the wall.’

If you have an inside corner of kitchen counter, back into it, then lift enough to stretch yourself with palms like a tricep dip. Can also find a place to hang to stretch such as pull-up bar.

im a 'big and tall'(6'4 360lb powerlifter) guy so i cant do any pulling on counters and sinks or ill surely break something, but i have found that when i can find a couple sturdy chairs with tall enough backs that i really like "chair suspense". (number 1 but with chairs not the sink) i put them to either side of me and push up, it almost instantly can make my back feel better with or without it "popping" my back or even fully lifting me off of the ground, but i also can just lay down in the floor and it will feel good as well. i used to be the guy back in my school days that would pop peoples backs (lifting bear hug technique) but i was the biggest/tallest person around so nobody could ever do it to me, so when i realized i could do the suspense thing between two truck beds i started to do it as often as i could.

Inverse therapy with gravity boots feels amazing. I started just a few days ago. And my back have never felt this good. I am so smooth it is incredible. That first time after I got over enough hang time. And my whole back cracked was amazing. And ever since all my movements have been better and less stiff and I sleep better. I will never stop doing this.

I do the last one but I have something that I’ve been using for years and it saves me a lot from having to go to the chiropractor….

I bought a pair of straps that I can hang from a pull-up bar to do leg raises ( Amazon or a sporting goods store) … but what I do is place my arms in them all the way to the armpits and than use that hand to grab/ hold on to the sling at the top. The purpose is to be able to keep your shoulders level…

Than I hang there and wiggle my feet back and forth to loosen up…. After 30 of those I swing side to side — after that I swing my right leg across to the left side for a twist motion and than the same on the left side …. After those —-

I place my feet on a chair seat while hanging — ***. So that my thighs are parallel to the floor…. Hold this for only 30-45 seconds … this is the key move but the prior moves helped loosen you up….

Don’t hold this last move for more than a minute because the downward stretch is so strong with your body weight that you can over do it and hurt your back.

After that 30-45 second hang lay on the floor with your legs up for a few minutes to relax.

OMG this is a game changer. It beats having to find a good PT to do it for you. I'm about to try this right now🤗
