So, autistic person with ADHD here. I had panic attacks and autistic meltdowns WAAAAAY more before my ADHD was treated. I was overstimulated by my adhd internal monolog. It was like someone had their finger on the radio scan button for 37 years nonstop. That DOES cause an autistic person to be overstimulated HARD. So, adhd doesnt cause panic attacks is an over simplification, imo.
