Terrible analogy. Vitamin c is a water soluble vitamin. Protein operates very differently, especially animal protein.

its not the minimum its the average minimum,but most people eat a lot more than the reccommended minimum. might they already be eating to much.

Vit c can be taken in very high doses yea as itā€™s a water soluble vit
I feel like this is a bad comparison
