Most definitely! However I got lucky with the judge. She was in her 60's with old fashioned values, and enough experience to see through all the BS my ex was trying to pull. In short, the judge said that she found her her testimony not very credible, among other things that were quite the slap in the face. This was 4 months ago, and she's not paid a single penny in child support since then. She's over the limit in which they prosecute for non payment, and facing 30 days in jail. That would be OK with me!

And the constant lying about the stupidest things is so exhausting. They tell outrageous lies without even flinching but then lie for no reason, too.
