Tom represents sociopathy: where Shiv is absolutely ruthless, Tom is driven by covert narcissism: he has poor emotional regulation, is insecure, uses Greg as a minion and a way to boost his ego, makes calculated moves within Waystar and his actions during the ATN scandal reveal a lack of concern for others’ well-being. 3. Kendall represents BPD (substance abuse, ambivalent feelings towards the father, ranging between hate and admiration and profound desired to feel loved) 4. Roman represents paraphilia. He turns out surprisingly normal considering the abuse he endures (being locked in a dog's cage). He seems to have transfigured his insecurities into his sexuality, allowing him to maintain a fairly normal persona. 5. His scrupulous nature, while occasionally leading him to cross ethical lines, is often driven by a desire to do the right thing - maintain harmony or protect those he cares about. 8. Lucas probably fits into the psychopathy mold, being arrogant, cocky, Machiavellian and having abused a co-worker 9. Last but not least Logan - As the patriarch, Logan embodies antisocial personality disorder. His sociopathy influences the family dynamics and trickles down to his children.
