Yesterday, I hit 3000 steps. That was the first time in months since my last attack i was able to do more than 500. I'm halfway to 3000 again today. I always do my stretching through.

I was taking Psychical Therapy and Occupational Therapy 3X a week with home exercises. It has helped so much!

I've noticed my fall risk is extremely minimized, with increased endurance and quality of life.

Baby steps add up!

I do 30+ minutes everyday, cycle on my Air-wave for 15, then 15+ doing my kettlebell, my dumbbells, wall exercises, resistance bands, whatever I feel like doing. Is this too much? I don't sweat, I have always been an athletic person and an overweight person. These exercises has kept MS from taking over. But is 7 days a week too much?

Dr. Aaron Bolster, I don't know if you will see this, but can you help me? I fell off a step ladder and fell backwards from the tallest step and hit my tailbone hard and mildy hit my upper back and head but I had no help with my 6 year old daughter so I laid on the floor for a bit and got up. I don't know when to go to Urgent Care vs. the ER because yesterday I was slurring my speech while helping my daughter with word problems and the wrong words kept coming out or it was all wrong. My left eye has been twitching for 2 weeks straight, last week I had an accident, last Friday my left side abdomen wouldn't relax for me to be able to eat but I could choke down water which was painful, and my falls are getting more dangerous where I'm not catching myself anymore. Who do I see now that no one is treaty taking me seriously and I'm caring for a child so their school schedule means I can't ask for help
