Bring on your bigger challenges sir.
This is actually history for me now. I have stopped taking sugary drinks for about 9 months already. I had kopi c kosong for some time and then felt like kopi o kosong and teh o kosong are also good. I got used to them very easily.
I lowered all sugar and processed carbs as much as I could and I have been consistently losing weight and not feeling hungry for the past 9 months.
