This isn't news.
If someone who's done their research, even just a little bit, they'll know that this information has been out there for at least a decade - for free.
Suggestion: don't do the shaky camera thing cuz although you may think it'll help with views there are audiences that don't care for such features. If you've got good information (actual new information, not regurgitated stuff) then you'll get views regardless of what fancy camera feature you use.
Lastly: Just FYI Intermittent Fasting isn't considered starving. We've been mislead to believe that if you don't eat anything between your last and first meal (when you break your fast) that it somehow equates to starvation. It doesn't.
Humans were designed to fast-feast-fast-feast. Calorie restriction isn't sustainable for most people. I've seen great results with weight-loss (personal experience included) and people reversing insulin resistance and other diseases with the help of IF. Calorie restriction is detrimental to your metabolism and if a person has a lot of weight to lose studies have shown that autophagy (fasting for at least 24 hours - individual basis) it's been shown to reduce the amount of lose skin whereas long term calorie restriction worsened the appearance and feel of skin after weight loss.
I think different things work for different people but just thought I should share.
