According to the Minecraft lore, the weakness potion does not need nether wart, because it contains a fermented spider eye, what already contains a mushroom
The mushroom is a similar ingridient with the nether wart magicallywise
They are the base of any potion
Because of that, in a potion there is not needed 2 just one magical stuff
(the suspicious stews are weaker potions and every single piece has mushroom in it)
