I found a high end chocolate store in singapore and their 100% was pretty good. Wasnt chalky like most dark chocolate that I've tried in the US, you just have to not be bothered by the instant bitter taste. I noticed i was able to really tell the flavor better if i ate smaller portions, like the size of the bites in the video.
