Pomegranates are back in season, so here’s a great Pom recipe to help support your body’s natural abilities to stave off pain and inflammation:

3 Pomegranates
3” Ginger Root
1 Pineapple

You can also press the pomegranates with the peel on, but it does add a bit of bitterness to the juice.

If you want zero bitterness whatsoever, separate out the arils of the pomegranates removing all peel and white inner parts.

Then you can juice them just like any other ingredients without any bitterness at all.

As a side note, there are some beneficial phytonutrients found in the white inner parts that add that bitterness.

That's going to crush the seeds of the pomegranate, you should juice it manually first the proper way or else it's going to ruin the flavor
