How much is that guy's first week he should have handled that phone call far better. It's just common sense you are most likely to lose that person's business if you don't try to take the next step while you have them on the phone. Think about it even when people are there in person they will sometimes walk out and you'll never see them again what makes you think if they're calling and they're already at another dealership that your chances are high of them going in there if you couldn't even keep them on the phone
