Do you think that in taking more protein could help with daily muscle fatigue? It is an issue I have always dealt with regardless of how I am eating but also realizing I’m not intaking enough protein even close to my age and weight requirements. I’ll take ibuprofen for general muscle fatigue that I experienced daily but I’m wondering if changing my diet around to intake at levels I have never done before could assist with this.
