Face pulls with a band?๐ฎ I always did them with a weighted pulley on the cable machine. Build up that back. Since going to physical therapy myself, I have learned that bands aren't crazy anymore. Slow and methodical. I do find that I have to lean back so that I'm not pulled into the machine; all for stability

Face Pulls were taught wrong by everyone for decades. She should bring her hands to her ears first then the elbows should follow out to the sides. Slowly with a squeeze the way you teach us. I like how you always have us starting our sets with each side individually. That forces symmetry ! Lack of symmetry is a major cause of injury !

I was taught face pulls by pulling back into a W shape with thumbs facing behind you. Is that wrong? I use the cable machine for it. I like it.
