Ingredientes para un molde de14X9:
🔸40 g de harina de arroz.
🔸30 g de coco rallado.
🔸20 ml de zumo de limón.
🔸15 g de AOVE.
🔸1 huevo grande.
🔸30 g de eritritol.
🔸3 g de polvo para hornear.
🔸Ralladura de un limón.

Ingredientes glaseado:
🔸30 ml de leche o bebida vegetal.
🔸30 g de proteína sabor vainilla de myproteines.

Proceso:
🔸️En un bol mezclar todos los ingredientes del bizcocho hasta obtener una mezcla sin grumos.
🔸️Verter la mezcla en un molde engrasado apto para microondas.
🔸️Cocinar en el microondas a 750 W durante 3 minutos.
🔸️Sacar del microondas, dejar atemperar y desmoldar.
🔸Mezclar la proteína sabor vainilla con la leche hasta que no queden grumos y colocar la mezcla sobre el bizcocho.

💡CONSEJOS: Puedes sustituir el coco rallado por harina de almendra y la harina de arroz por harina de avena. Puedes sustituir la proteína en polvo por leche en polvo. Puedes hacerlo en el horno a 180ºC durante 25 minutos.
