I was carrying 8 liters of water on my back, and I started to film this, and I completely forgot that there is weight on my back... This is an example of how perception can change depending on what we put our attention on. But in the end, the weight was still on my back, and I still had to put it away at some point. The same happenes with our emotional baggage, and with our hidden traumas. The fact that we are not aware of them, or the fact that we choose to put our attention on something else and ignore them, doesn't make them dissapear. At some point, we still have to look at them, sort them out, and put them away/let them go/heal... 😊🙏🤍✨
