Many Ali lovers in chat trying to distort history but the reality is Ali was not a caliph according to majority sahaba at that and many hated and cursed and even think Ali might go to jahannam. Ali promoted killers of uthman and fought real ahlul bayt (wife of prophet) and killed countless sahaba, tabieen which is why most salaf used to hate and insult Ali according to ibn tayimiyah. But sahabas defended yazeed rahmatullah alayh so much so that ibn umar (ra) said whoever goes against yazeed (as) is a traitor to the ummah. Rebels from Ali group tries to destroy the ummah from within but yazeed protected it. He spread islam and do many jihad including the first attack on Constantinople whereas fitna maker hussain only killed muslims.
