〇About Margin Trading
・Margin trading may result in losses due to stock price fluctuations, etc.
・In addition, since trades can be made up to approximately 3.3 times the amount of margin deposited, losses may exceed the amount of margin deposited.
・For online stock trading, brokerage fees are determined based on the total daily trade value,
with a maximum cap of ¥100,000 (¥110,000 including tax).
・If an open position is not settled by the business day prior to the maturity date, we may settle the open position from your account at our discretion. The commission fee is 1% of the transaction price (1.1% including tax) (minimum ¥20 (¥22 including tax)). However, for short-term margin trading, the commission is determined based on the total daily transaction price, with a maximum of ¥100,000 (¥110,000 including tax).

For margin trading, purchases are subject to interest on the purchase price, and sales are subject to a stock lending fee for the shares being sold.

For premium short selling in short-term margin trading, in addition to stock lending fees, a short-term margin premium short selling fee is charged per share per day, with a maximum of 0.2% of the closing price on the day the short-term margin trading premium short selling fee is determined.

For margin trading, other fees may apply, such as stock lending fees (reverse interest), management fees, name transfer fees, and rights processing fees.

A minimum margin of ¥300,000 is required, with a minimum of 30% of the transaction amount.

The type of margin, margin rate, and collateral for securities may change at our sole discretion.
Standardized margin trading, open-ended margin trading, and short-term margin trading have different restrictions regarding repayment deadlines, etc.
Open-ended margin trading and short-term margin trading may have repayment deadlines set or advanced in the event of events such as mergers or stock splits, or if it becomes difficult to raise stocks.
