Just a point, when Ryan said first point (your hands closer) that is for the pronated grip. For supinated grip you need to take your valgus into account to avoid articulation issue. If I'm wrong I'd be more than happy to read the reason 🙂

Mine grew from 15.5 to 18" from doing three exercises: preacher, hammer and dumbell curls. I have never done 1 reverse curl. Keep it simple using normal movements

Moving your shoulder/arm backwards, not forwards, would put the bicep at a longer length. Not that it actually matters
