I would like to say this please.
I just told my father to never come back in my life, or my siblings life. I have no family of my own. If i did it would extend to them. He sexually assaulted my family member, sold them as an item for such acts, and beat all of us in our family under his reign. Ive never spoken against him, nor stood my ground against him till now. I just told him to never come around us, and he still denies his actions to us. He is a true sociopath, and narcissist. All we wanted was a father, and instead we got a monster.
So, getting this prompt tells me ive done the right thing. To have self-respect does come the small things. Ive spent many, many years hiding, and ignoring my problems but to finally say what ive wanted to for years only happens when you know your own worth.
Im his son, but im nothing like him.
To me that was the hardest thing to see in myself.
Love one another. Spread love and peace in this world of chaos.

I love all three of my daughters. They are wonderful people and mothers. Over time of them growing up and becoming mothers themselves. I came to realize the hard truth that they are not people I would be friends with if they weren't my children. I set them and myself free and moved on with living the last chapter of my small life.

A mentor of mine once said that every time you donāt do something you said you were going to do, your subconscious mind stops believing in and trusting your ability to execute. Itās so true.
