Remember, 1. Consistency is key. 2. You canā€™t out train a bad diet. And 3. Weight is lost due to a caloric negative at the end of the day this can be achieved by eating less total calories or physically working more. I recommend working harder bc if you lower your calorie intake it will lower your metabolism. High calorie intake and working out is what I recommend to raise metabolism and eventually, because muscle burns calories passively throughout the day (passive meaning you can be sitting doing non and itā€™s burning energy to live) you will start to lose weight daily through muscle mass alone.
