Remember, 1. Consistency is key. 2. You canāt out train a bad diet. And 3. Weight is lost due to a caloric negative at the end of the day this can be achieved by eating less total calories or physically working more. I recommend working harder bc if you lower your calorie intake it will lower your metabolism. High calorie intake and working out is what I recommend to raise metabolism and eventually, because muscle burns calories passively throughout the day (passive meaning you can be sitting doing non and itās burning energy to live) you will start to lose weight daily through muscle mass alone.
