I'm on day 111!!!! I saw Kerry from homestead how, go to 4 different fast food places to ask about how they cook their burgers, Wendy was the only one that said they use Pam with canola oil. Idk if all Wendy's use this, but might want to check yours if you haven't yet.

Just an fyi if you want the full benefits of carnivore diet try not to use any sauces or dips or at least try to measure a correct serving size sauces have more carbs than we think usually

How do you feel about all primal kitchen sauces? I want to try the special sauce for the ground beef but it has a little bit of pickles and 2g carbs per serving. I’m doing carnivore to lose weight so I’m not sensitive to spices or anything so curious how far I can stretch carnivore

I was on meat, cheese and eggs for 17 days and after I got to day 10, I just wasn't hungry at all. I was eating so very little or nothing at all for 2-3 days, then I'd have to force myself to eat, this went on for a week before I broke the diet. It wasn't that I was disgusted from eating more meat, cheese or eggs. Not sure why my hungry completely went away? Any ideas?

I love that you eat 3x a day! As a mom of 4 it’s hard to go fasting all day. Some days I can and some I need the extra energy for my babies 😂.
