Chalk this up to just one more reason why I don't, and won't, own crApple products. The company has 'deleted' any morals that might have once had, and the ONLY thing they care about is constantly increasing products, even at the expense of the very same customers that (falsely?) claim to support. While they do have excellent customer service, that's about the ONLY "good" things about crApple.
