Your content is one of the reasons i started training. Just my opinion from watching and researching. I believe that it is not about hamstring tightness, but about tightnes and/or weakness of musles that allow rotation in the hip. It seems like there is certen movement that needs to happen ih hip (nutation), but because we can not acces it we go into orientation of pelvis thus the but wink. This is knowledge mostly from. Connor Harris.
