Yep! I do drop sets with 35lb dumbbells as my starter and do a whole workout. then grab my 30lbs do the workout again always, pushing my sets to failure with proper form as focus and slow controlled movements only with 5 mins or more between sets of rest. Still get sore after and definitely had growth

2nd day at the gym(was doing home workouts prior to this. Basically never been to a gym before) and I'm currently really sore.Tomorrow I'm gonna hit a leg workout but I'm not confident if I'll be able to do my exercises properly. Should I skip or should I still go?
PS:- 2nd day at the gym and a really jacked guy helped me correct my form for lateral raises. I didn't ask him for help but he came up to me on his own and helped me out. It was truly a wholesome moment that I've only seen on YouTube videos. Never really experienced it firsthand. I guess all big guys are nice in general. 😊

Don't push yourself too much brothers, I once hitted gym then my progress slowly going well, one day My trainer forced me to push too much so I listen to him then I had a huge waist pain stroke, I had to do the x ray about it because this pain lasted 2 months resulting into sore . be aware how hard you go yourself. also stay focused on gym
