Iโm on the same page with you regarding alkaline water, but from someone that has suffered from insomnia ever since my first bout that occurred when I was 34 that lasted almost 10 years a heavy dark cloth over my eyes is the only thing that has helped my insomnia along with electric blankets during the winter. I canโt use a mask. They donโt fit right so there you go and Iโm hyper sensitive to textures so I do somewhat agree in an addition I think Pilates is amazing even without a reform machine. I have taken some of the toughest classes and honestly I almost didnโt go. They were so tough and I was so glad I did. I felt amazing afterwards. What it does for you mentally is more than it can ever do for you physically I rest my case. Thank you Dr. Tyna youโre amazing. Keep being an inspiration to everybody.
