You should make a pencil chart and sign each person one pocket in the chart and put a certain amount of pencils in each pocket at the end of every month refill them Because if they use their pencils and take them, it’s their fault not yours

My teacher does this thing where if you want a pencil you have to give them shoe and until you give there pencil back they don’t get there shoe😂

Just say you can use a pencil if they give you your phone or a valuable item to them I’ve had a teacher do it and it worked perfectly
