better still. Move to the catch. If your knees are higher than the bottom of your arms, move your feet down. If there’s a lot of space between your knees and arms move your feet up. If you can’t get forward because of ankle flexibility move the feet down a little and work on ankle flexibility.

Hi, have had a serious injury 2yrs ago (right quadriceps completely detached), flex is back to nomore than 70% at best. That and the psychological impact of this has stopped me going on the beast, which I really liked. Any advice most welcomed
